RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return merchandise purchased from Santiam Fishing Rods for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase, or exchange any product within 30 days from the date of purchase. All products returned must be in original, unused, new condition and include the original packaging provided. All authorized returns must be received within 10 days of your request. Any items returned that are not in the original condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All Items returned that included free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from all refunds. Shipping fees are non refundable.
