SANTIAM FISHING RODS are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship 3 years from the date of purchase.  We will replace or repair your rod if it breaks while fishing. Damage occurring with normal use will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Our warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, abuse, or product alteration.   If your rod has broken due to severe abuse or neglect, we will try our best to work with you to get you back fishing. This warranty does not cover product used as rental equipment or for commercial use.

We want to help you to the best of our ability.  We will replace any defective pieces of your rod with a new section. It is imperative that all pieces are returned with the damaged portion.  This allows us to properly match your rod with the best replacement components to ensure a great fishing experience.                  

 

Prompt return service will be provided upon receipt of the following 5 requirements:

 

• Warranty claim form filled out entirely (see below); This is our notification that we will be expecting your product

         returned to us for warranty service

• Proof of purchase 

• A brief description of defect or how damage occurred 

• The fishing rod (including damaged parts) in a disposable container

• A check or money order for $29.00 to cover return shipping and handling

• If your warranty return is other than a rod such as a reel, case, or an accessory, include $12.00 to cover shipping and handling

   

 

Please provide your name and address for return of your replacement components. We will return your rod to you within 3-5 days
